Midnight Food for thought. Would you know the signs of Psychological Elder Abuse if you saw it? Fear, intimidation, isolation, yelling and cussing at the Elder, demeaning the Elder, performing cruel acts in front of the Elderly individual which the abuser has knowledge that it would hurt them such as purposefully breaking items, chopping down trees or rose bushes that they elderly person enjoyed, forcing the elderly to eat food that they are not interested in with threat of abuse, these a just a few signs. Would you want your Mother, Grandmother, Godmother, Second Mother or Aunties treated this way? Of course not. It just gets worse, once the abuser is allowed to continually get away with said abuse.
